How the board counts

Your kills and deaths are the ones on the in-game scoreboard, added up across every match you play on our servers, so a kill counts on the board exactly when it counts in the match. Cash earned adds up what your matches pay you and leaves out what you spend, which means buying a kit never lowers it.

Hours are the time you spend connected to one of our servers, whichever faction you are playing for. A win goes to everyone on the faction in front when a match ends and the server moves on to its next map, while a match that is changed early by hand adds to your matches played and never to your wins.

Seeding

A match on our servers needs enough players on before it gets going, and somebody has to be first in. Any time you spend on a server while it has fewer than 30 players counts as seeding, and the Seeding ladder ranks the players who do the most of it.

Connect Discord to your account as well as Steam and that time pays XP toward your level on our Discord, a minute at a time. The servers page shows which servers are up and how to find them in the game.

Questions

How do I get on the leaderboard?

Sign in on Wardogs Zone, connect your Steam account and play on one of our servers. Everything you have already played on them appears on the board the moment Steam is connected.

Why is my K/D not on the board?

The K/D ladder only counts players with at least 50 kills, or 20 kills this week and 10 today, so one lucky kill without a death cannot sit at the top of it.

Do I lose my kills if I leave in the middle of a match?

No. What you did before you left is already on the board, and when you come back it carries on from wherever your scoreboard stands.

Why is somebody I play with missing?

Only players who have connected Steam to an account here are named on the board. Their matches still count, so they appear with their full record as soon as they connect.
