Almost everything is quicker on the Wardogs Zone Discord, because the people who build the site and run the servers are in it every day. Take a wrong number, a tool that will not load, an idea for something new or a question about one of the guides straight there, and open a ticket if what you want to say should stay private.

Reports about a player on the community servers go through the report channel on that same Discord, where the server admins can see the match the incident happened in.

Write to [email protected] if you would rather not use Discord, or if the thing you are raising needs a record. Most messages get an answer within a few days, and a shorter message that names the page you are writing about will always get one faster.

The mailbox is the right place for:

• Corrections, where something on the site disagrees with what the game shows you.
• Rights and takedowns, including anything BULKHEAD or Team17 would like removed.
• Press, partnerships, content creators and community organisers.
• Advertising and sponsorship questions.
• Anything about your own account or your own data.

You can delete your account yourself from your profile, and doing it there removes everything the site holds about you. If you would rather have it done for you, or you want a copy of what is stored first, mail the address above from somewhere the request can be tied to your account. The privacy page sets out what is kept, how long it stays and what the ads do.

Nothing here is an official support channel for the game, so a bug in WARDOGS itself, a purchase you need refunded or an account you have lost access to all have to go to the studio rather than to us.
