Game Server Rules
What we ask of everyone playing on a Wardogs Zone server. Short enough to read before you join, and worth the minute.
- 01
No slurs in any type of chat.
- 02
No harassment.
- 03
Do not play excessive amounts of music in VOIP. Short funny sound clips here and there are fine.
- 04
No teamkilling.
- 05
No griefing teammates.
- 06
No floating bases or structures (by abusing building limitations).
- 07
No exploitation (like shooting through structures in a way you can't be shot back).
- 08
No ramming with Little Birds (or with any other vehicle in a way that you die yourself).
- 09
No blocking of (team or enemy) spawn roads with hedgehogs. C4/RPG camping is fine.
- 10
No ghosting (having one player in another team giving information of their team to you).
- 11
Do not go AFK for excessive periods of time.
- 12
No stream sniping.
- 13
No stealing teammate items while they still can be revived. Looting items that help you revive your teammate is fine, and you need to return the items you can after reviving them.
- 14
Use common sense. Admins have discretion and final say in a verdict for rules, even those not listed. Excessive arguing will result in a kick. If you think an admin's decision was incorrect, open a ticket on the Discord.
- 15
The rules WILL CHANGE and you need to be up to date with them.

Where these apply
These are the rules on the community game servers listed on the servers page, and they cover every one of them the same way. The Discord has rules of its own, which you accept when you check in there, and the game has BULKHEAD's terms behind it, so being in the clear on one does not settle the other two.
The same list is posted on the Discord, and both are changed together, so wherever you read it you are reading the current one. The date under the list is the last time it moved, and since the last rule says the list will change, a look at it now and then is part of playing here.
If something goes wrong
Report a player from the Discord with the Report a player button on the ticket panel, or the /report command, and give the admins the player's name, what happened and a clip if you have one. The game server admins read every report, and a report with a clip attached gets acted on far faster than an argument in chat.
If you were kicked or banned and think the call was wrong, open a game server ticket the same way and say so. Admins have the final say on the server itself, which is why arguing it out in chat gets you nowhere, while a ticket puts the decision in front of somebody who can look at it again.
Playing here
Every server is open to anyone with the game, and a reserved slot only changes what happens when one is full. Your matches count towards the server leaderboard once Steam is connected to your account, and squads form on the Discord most evenings, so the best way to keep to the rules is to play with the people who wrote them.
Questions
Which servers do these rules apply to?
Every community game server Wardogs Zone runs, which are the ones listed on the servers page. The Discord has its own rules, and the game itself has its developer's terms behind it.
How do I report a player on a Wardogs Zone server?
Open the Wardogs Zone Discord and use the Report a player button on the ticket panel, or the /report command, with the player's name, what happened and a clip if you have one. The game server admins read every report.
I was kicked or banned. How do I appeal?
Open a game server ticket on the Discord and say what happened. Admins have the final say on the server itself, and a ticket is the place to have a decision looked at again.
