Med lvl sniper loadout

Light enough to relocate quickly, good enough rifle to consistently dmg from near/outside zone border. Helmet for less risk when peeking - won't help against sniper duels Decent for urban combat, but better to swap to beginner scope & mosin nagant if playing around towns inside zones more. Can bring an extra item of choice with the leftover pack space, only left blank bc of budgetary reasons.
