This build tests theory that in-game attachments description is less reliable than on here. It's cheap if you replace AP ammo with FMJ, but it mainly exists to extract v/h recoil stats and actual fight effectiveness of 20 rounders (Apparently they give huge recoil mitigation bonuses)
