Congrats, you did the Driver Grind. Now instead of spending your cash on therapy, spend it on this loadout instead! We take our best drill and gas for the Tank, everyone on tank crew should do this. Resuscitator & smoke to get crew (probably your top gunner) up quick, and armor to protect during repairs. Buckshot to dump the tires of any wheeled pursuers and close enemies in your smoke.
