Stage 1 is just a copy of RadioGLHF's Solo Mortar FOB on YouTube. So credit to him. I wanted to add a SAM to take out those pesky minigun and rocket little birds. The stingray has become increasingly useful as people start to reach level 90.
Seen from above, ten metres a square. Point at a piece to name it, or press a line in the manifest to find every one of them. Gold is the FOB, red the stationary defences, green the support kit, blue the vehicles. Stage 3 of 3, the finished base.
