Firstly, we build outer walls, gates, and bunkers (ask your squadmate to place barbed wire and hedgehogs). Secondly, build fire shelters and inner walls. Thirdly, build the oil rig! Fourthly, build some stationary weapons - SAM and mortar. If you have some resources left, build recon towers! P.S. Your FOB needs 6000 Fuel Supplies for each activation of Oil Rig
