this kit can be good for assaulting enemy dug in positions, you can sub the crowbar for an IED or sub the t1 armour for T2 if you have it unlocked at this point but, if you have high enough medic skill unlocking the second resuscitator is a big jump in medic xp and cash until you can unlock the portable defib
