This need to be built in steps. Its a variation of the 4 pits that add a Bremmer perimeter. this perimeter can be use in multiple ways. first two are for alowing the occupant to circle around in case of breach. It also act as a catch can for supply drop and safe retrival. You could also make a 9*9 raised bed of small hesco and put even more mortar or stingray pits. a drill can be put in a corner for a quick pull but adding a drill to that base is a sure way to get alot of attention. This small compound can be built by 2 builder pretty fast. (around 15mins) for the quickest version of this base look for the 2pits and 2pits+
