1-way defended door anti-hop-up

1-way defended door anti-hop-up. Mines/Claymore can be placed if needed. Sandbag placed to fill area under it and leave it only 1-2 hammer hits so it gives defenders/player shooting at door campers the aim advantage. Crawl zones are just an attempt to need no climb animation on blocks/stairs out of door (pending testing/new tech, it would be better doing something else)
