Iru Level 1-12 Early Game Assault + Medic

This is my early game build for optimal cash and xp for assault and medic for the Sep 10 launch. Max items are level 12, make sure to do revives for xp, skipping AK and Galil for M4 @level 20. Upgrade attachments and backpack, armor as needed. If you hate this gun buy galil, ak is low on dmg. Use medic smg if pref. Stay behind your squad, res, and fight when needed.
